Augmented reality surgical technology unveiled by Philips and Microsoft

Just after the presentation of the new version of Hololens by Microsoft at MWC, Philips shown an use case in healthcare, precisely in surgery. Connected with Philipes Azurion platform, Hololens allows people to easily see 2D and 3D pictures from various instruments. At the MWC (25–26 February, Barcelona, Spain), formerly the Mobile World Congress, Philips unveiled a unique mixed reality concept developed in partnership with Microsoft for the operating room of the future.
